Assistant General manager kept a $30 tip on a table I asked her to great since I was making drinks... Basically stealing from me (bartender) since I was the only one in there. Management aren't allowed to keep tips. I brought it to the attention of my general manager and nothing was said or done....

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Quit being lazy. Managers need to cut and not let servers etc determine cutting another server
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating, acting professional towards bartenders and servers. Leave attitudes at the door. Not steal tips as an agm.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were supposed to have gotten $1 raise as bartenders a month ago yet it isn't reflected in our pay still. I also can't get health insurance because I'm "part time" working full time hours so I don't qualify..
