IF the general/assistant managers AREN'T working

SOME people listen and are willing to help out whenever and wherever help is needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't mind the pay for the job description- but unfair treatment= never enough pay for that
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting out of the back and doing their job- stop making the sales leads & bear builders do what they're supposed to. When it's busy, don't stand around and watch- it looks awful when customers are waiting for help and management expects bear builders & sales leads to do everything.
