Employee involvement, compassion, and truly feel being seen and heard
They always have my back when it comes to jobsite safety. If a customer wantse me to do something thats not safe or im not comfortable doing, they will tell that customer that is not going to happen.

Put competant leaders in place. Poor leadership at the Milton location including Market manager level. Very unethical actions and decisions by the upper level leadership. The SEC would shut this place down if audited.

Fairness, no more discrimination, and they hire new employees at hire pay wages then those that have been there for years. So im training people that make more than me .
Making sure people are doing what they are supposed to be doing and actually enforcing punishment instead of just a slap on the wrist.

There are too many different pay rates in one building. I don't feel the pay is very competitive with other companies
It would make me fell better if instead of pats on the back for loading carts to go on trucks, taking care of the will calls, and dealing with broken equipment. If i got paid my worth. $16 a hour is a joke.
I have actually worked for this company since 1969 We used to own the trucking that done the deliveries and when we sold did not negotiate like we should have for vacation so I only receive 2 weeks of vacation when I actually have worked over 50 years for this company delivering materials.

Keep us informed product changes, inventory issues and policy changes.

These youngsters you guys hire don't listen to anybody and just wanna argue about every little task. Thats when they're not in the bathroom every half hour.
Management needs to give me someone who hablas English sometime...
Coworkers need to be shown by management that there are limits on how they can treat each other. I am tired of seeing on a daily basis individuals acting completely opposed to our company goals, treating coworkers badly, but having no consequences to create incentives for change.

Trust to work freely to prioritize my workload without micro managing.

Construction companies will always have savory types of people. Finding the right mix of salty and sweet people that are not too old of too young will always be a challenge.

Management not just listening to problems, but acting to address them. Following up on them to make sure there are actual changes.
The manager ask any employe
Hire GM's that care about the workers and the jobs given and to make sure things are being done correctly. I think a good GM can really bring in good customers if he has a good organized work team which will in return bring in the money for the company.
The location could use morning meetings. Compensation. A bad stuck up attitude at the branch by management treating employees poorly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been a long time since I have interviewed so not the best person to address this issue.

Yard workers DONT want to work and deal with customers. Inside sales workers are constantly making paper errors on sales receipt so customers are back and fourth trying to get right paperwork.
