    I felt like they had high standards and I had to earn a spot on the team. That made me realize I would be working with others who were high performers too. This is a company with low turnover and high loyalty. Everyone is very proud of the quality products we make.

    We make great golf and lifestyle related products and get to see the joy on people's faces when they improve their game and appreciate the quality in what we do.

    Certain levels outside of executives should have stock options as well as country club memberships. These are fairly inexpensive perks that add extraordinary benefits to the employee.

    I know that I am valued, but I feel taken advantage of. I have been seen as a leader since my first year here, yet after two promotions I'm expected to act like a manager without a manager title or $. I am heavily relied upon and continue to take on more responsibility without a clear path forward.

    Double it. Can't afford to live in CA. I can't buy a home or have kids on this salary
