That made me realize I would be working with others who were high performers too. This is a company with low turnover and high loyalty. Everyone is very proud of the quality products we make.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Certain levels outside of executives should have stock options as well as country club memberships. These are fairly inexpensive perks that add extraordinary benefits to the employee.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know that I am valued, but I feel taken advantage of. I have been seen as a leader since my first year here, yet after two promotions I'm expected to act like a manager without a manager title or $. I am heavily relied upon and continue to take on more responsibility without a clear path forward.
