What are some of the best things about your team?
Techs will help each other.. Managment is completely useless. And seem corrupt. Only certain people get good jobs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting tech paid. It seems camping work goal is to not pay its employees. Attention to tech issues not just the office staff
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay you employees a living wage . and give enough hours . I just want to work and nobody to talk to without retaliation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want paying work . it has been 6 months and. About to loose my home.. Share the work and there need some checks and balances
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process is not the issue. Lack of work for the some techs. Lots of work for there favorite techs. Lack of management oversight of the other 20 or so managers doing nothing. Our managers need a manager
