There is little turnover in my department. I consider them all friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cut out some of the lavish gifts and retreats and make benefits reasonable for the employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No communication. The customer is not updated. Some act as if they the customer is not important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local management let's you work your own pace and do things your way as long as results are good.
