The people that I work with are very nice and friendly but their customer service attitude is lacking they would rather lie and deceive our customers About new units or used units that have any kind of issue which means we are sending them out for their camping experience knowing they have problems
What makes you most happy at work?
This is a good place to work because the people are nice and friendly that I work with and the customers are typically happy about getting a new RV
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview went very well I was interviewing for one job and throughout the interview they chose a different job for me that would fit me better and paid better
What are some of the best things about your team?
This team gets along very well there is a lot of teamwork and decent communication if we have any kind of problem we get to the bottom of it right away they are very supportive to one another
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have only been at Camping World for a short time the employee discount is amazing I did not partake in benefits or other types of compensation but from what I can tell everything looks good as far as pay
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like I have said already the people that work here have been great to work with but I am unwilling to lie and deceive our customers about the products that they are buying I am constantly told to cover things that don't work and skip past them while you are doing customer walks
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leader ship is very helpful and supportive very team oriented but the way that we are expected and forced to treat our customers I am unable to do so I will be leaving Camping World for this reason I cannot knowingly send somebody out in their new product with problems they don't know about
