What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change of management and higher pay may be the key

We have some management issues. Its more of a dictatorship than a leadership scenario
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It takes months for us to get anything done. The customers hate us and the peiole who should be changing things, just hide behide numbers and documents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we are so short staffed we are doing 3x more work thsn our positions require for certwin staff and making less money than previous positions where some did kess work. The pay here compared to what other dealerships rv or auto are offering is way less
