We are devastated. We lost an amazing leader at our dealership in BBL. For once in a very long time we were under questionable leadership, and the one that put us on the map, was let go this am . How do we do so well and then our leader is taken?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be reviewed every quarter or half on out performace - and be rewarded or get constructive criticism about it. Opp for financial advancement- every little bit helps
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership cares about us - and wants us to thrive. The one person putting these wonderful things in motion has been let go this am. It's very hard to understand. BBL was going places because of this.
