As a team (the staff, not the director) we get aling and work very well together

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better if we had an environment where peiole were not so tired and defeated by our service management team

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Different Service Management team. It would help if we had a director who didnt make thibgs more difficult for us. Someone who doesnt tell us evetyday that we sre replaceable when she doesnt get the results that makes her look good
