Leadership does not practice what they preach. Huge push to be innovative, yet told to table every change you try to push. Nothing has improved my entire tenure. They even launch the same events, just loosely changing the name. The 'Woman of CWH' is a joke. Ask them about maternity leave....
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
At this point, leadership needs to be replaced if culture is going to change. Very little faith in their ability to self-reflect and grow.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was too easy. Just one panel conversation where a few questions were asked, then offered the job on the drive home.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Toxic exchanges are encouraged. No push to be truly collaborative. Anyone who speaks up is seen as 'lacking confidence'. A lot of gaslighting while trying to protect those who have forced employees to quit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is focused on selling RVs and ignoring the fact that the pandemic likely induced a bubble in the market. This growth is NOT sustainable, yet they're hiring like crazy to support RV sales.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at changing perspectives. Right now all practices being pushed are so antiquated and honestly downright embarrassing. Corporate politics are almost encouraged, and those who are willing to undermine their peers are often rewared.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Men are hired in at a higher wage than their female counterparts. The benefits package is honestly the bare minimum. Expensive premiums that increase with your salary. Discretionary 401K match, despite record sales still to date, have seen no contributions. Maternity leave decreasing every year.
