My location is great. But, as a corporation I feel the experience is much different from location to location.

Everyone cares about you. If you even look like you aren't well someone addresses it.

All the different team managers were involved. From gm to regional. It may have been a one off.
What makes you most happy at work?
A day where I can work without being interrupted by the sales team with customers in my work area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are based on pay. So every time you get a raise for being an outstanding worker it is lost through benefits.
