There are consistent hostile environments, they pick and choose their favorites and if you do one thing wrong it screws you permanently. They don't care about their employees and they'll dock your pay if they don't like you. Not worth the employment

Not having to interview then being put off for months on end in order to get the job

Thins are not being done correctly when customers complain it's up to one person to fix all the solutions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Conflict of interest needs to stop, management and employees should not be allowed to have romantic relationships with one another, equal opportunity without discrimination of any kind
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working as a team altogether instead of making one person do everything themselves then getting mad when information is provided because "they aren't the boss and they can't tell others what to do"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, effectiveness, not putting blame on one specific person and instead looking at the entire team, making sure everything is effective and done in a positive manner instead of consistently harrassing certain employees based on conflict of interest
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly blamed for things that happen while I am not on the clock or on property physically. No one else is blamed nor punished due to conflict of interest and them being minorities the company "has to have to be looked at fairly"
