They work hard and help each other. If it wasn't for my peers then I would have very little help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Don't fill a management void with just a convenient appointment. The service department receives a bad name due to the office procedural "pinch points". The offices does not flow therefore work does not get completed and parts do not get ordered promptly or at all.
