horrid. there are issues that begin at the top that need to be fixed. all management cares about is making money, they don't care who they have to step on to succeed.

Getting paid fairly for the work i do, management preaches that all employees are replaceable and you don't matter in the grand scheme of things
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
everything. terrible work environment. lackluster pay. management doesn't care about the people (employees or customers) just care about the numbers. Fire all current management and get people in that actually care about the people.
