I would say I've grown a lot here personally, but overall it's been an average employment I feel.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's not very complex. Not super intrusive or intimidating.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of openness and honesty is deplorable. Better and more open communication and fair treatment and pay for your base employees would improve the store.
