I love my company I do I love my co workers but I hate how I’m payed and I’m doing everything in my power not to leave but I’m getting to the point where I’m about to be evicted with 2 kids

I was known in the area as a talented sales person so I was valued and was made to feel valued
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
First find out who really want to be there and who truly works and is a value to the company and pay the accordingly and promote from within
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I will be the number one sales person month after month and i can still be behind two months on rent could hardly take off for the birth of my child it?
