Everyone, for the most part, was extremely easy to get along with there… except for the store manager and her book keepe

Everything, from maintaining structure and culture to training and everything else. The company desperately needs to invest in some good training for their employees

My coworkers. We all felt the same way about the way things were being run but we leaned on each other and supported one another through the BS
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are not paid fairly at all when a 19 year old boy, hired to cashier, with no previous job experience can start at a higher wage than employees with valuable skills, talent and years worth of experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no structured process for any task and there is no training or product knowledge offered for anything. This company has a lot of potential, but that potential will never be reached unless it is willing to invest in its employees.
