They took away my commison and position for no reason

There is zero training and they set you up to fail. Ive never felt so mislead and pushed out of a company ever in my life
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is zero communication on what is going on in the shop as to what to update customers and the service and body shop do not work hand in hand. Its a cluster and management is terrible
