Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get underpaid compared to other people with my title. Leadership has verbally made the commitment to promote and give me a raise if certain goals are met.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team values and expects communication around goals, milestones, and blockers and this makes everyone's job easier. My manager is quick to celebrate individual wins.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel supported by the HR team and my manager. I get a sense that people choose their career path and are empowered to grow and become subject matter experts while also aligning that with the company's mission.

It's fundamental to me to feel valued and respected and I feel that here. I love the flexibility of being able to work from home. I enjoy interacting with my team, people are kind and transparent.
