My statements are not showing my true amount earned due to deductions to my wages that they cannot explain but continue to allow
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Explaining confidentally what is known and if it is unknown then being honest and figuring it out if reasonable. Workplace is dangerous due to poor selection tools and unaccord management
