Being able to get payed better and worked with a team that works as a team
What did you like most about the interview process?
That i can say the truth and hopefully someone sees these not like at my old capstone job where no one cared
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop taking the power the have to fire or control people like for example to stay over time when thers people that cant
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some that got payed by hour didnt wana do nothing and the leads wouldn't even tell them anything only push the people that worked hard almost so unfair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When i got payed by truck sometimes my pay was off and i would talk to all the managers and no one would help this is all from the warehouse at frys from tolleson arizona
