Our team is amazing. From team leads to senior directors, I have never felt like they weren't there for me at any given time or circumstance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You have the ability to set your own pay. The harder you work the more money you make. Simple idea for some. This job is definitely not for unmotivated lazy people.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the physical aspect of my job. I am almost 42 and a female. I have always been a fitness fanatic. Staying in shape while I work is just a bonus to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like we are a bug family most days. Just like your real family. Your work family will have their "issues " At the end of the day if we all get home safely then it's been a CAPSTONE DAY!!! Love my job
