Leadership is untrained and unqualified for the most part. Poor performers are promted simply for showing up to work daily. Even though they do less than half of what the hard workers are doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training on leadership development. Not retaliating against people because they want to be releases.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i could see daily what times and performance metrics were entered for me to verify they are accurate. Often they are not accurate and i am not paid for all my work done. But its too late to fix on payday
