Everything with the management and coworkers is a plus. My only issue is with the lead.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I do my job well and the ones who matter to me see it and acknowledge my work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing at all. The only time she is positive is when her friends are not scheduled to work. But other than that she makes me very uncomfortable, she makes the work environment very hostile, and you can cut the tension with a knife. Not to mention the constant bullying we endure from her.
