It's miserable. I dread waking up to work at this warehouse. There are no incentives. I've been here for 2 years and received no raise. Even when cost of living went up we didn't get a pay raise. There's no opportunity to advance in the company. They play favorites and hard work get you nowhere.

Leading by example for one. Being honest with us. And not taking advantage of us
What are some of the best things about your team?
I want to actually call it a team. Or family. To be honest with you I probably would enjoy working with my team more if I could communicate with them. I speak English and they all speak Spanish
