Horrible culture as a company, not just a site level. No actions to support the empty words of caring. It’s an outright hustle to make money and there is a reason they have a turnover
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You have to physically exert your every moment and being to make good money. Even that at times is not enough, any given day you can give 100% and leave after 8-10 hours having made 60.00. The system is flawed, their training program is HORRIBLE.
