My overall experience at my company up in Colorado is very terrible it's is unfairly and they show Too Much favoritism

Meeting some of the coworkers that are willing to help the new recruits

You can improve everything including management going to head supervisor on down to the leads

What I think they should do better is have a system which don't show a lot of favoritism and have everything equal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very unappreciated and I don't like the way your company in Aurora Colorado is rent is rent unfairly and I think y'all should replace everyone there
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would not leave the new recruits on saying that they can make a certain amount of money and they will never see that Wednesday are hired to your production line
