My overall experience has been fair but again the communication experience is not the best.

I have someone to talk to when I have a concern and most days are great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As of now, my check was short 12 hours and I can’t get in touch with your headquarters nor is any of the HR/payroll associates getting back with me concerning this
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication skills with their team employees. Adequately give jobs descriptions. Hold employees accountable for their work. Step in and help when needed. Treat all employees with dignity regardless of age, we are all there doing our jobs.
