The comradery between hourly employees. We keep each other sane.

Have the people actually doing the job available to help assess interviewees.

Management needs to be replaced, policies need to be changed, employees need better compensation.

Better compensation for extra duties or hiring someone to do them specifically. Better benefits would be nice too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good reliable workers, peaceful workplace with hourly employees, willing to go the extra mile when necessary, teamwork makes the dream work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being greedy. Treating employees like humans. Paying fair wages. Not forcing out employees that got hurt on the job by cutting wages to the point where they have no choice but to quit. Allow unions.
