I5s hard to say now. Management has destroyed the team bond and their mental state.

Change of management to ones that are in it for employees and company NOT for CONTROL and looking down on the small people like the team.

They lie to the applicants face and make them believe it's a great place to work. They need to be honest and tell them exactly how it is
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop lying and belittling their employees. Stop playing mind games and actually care about their employees instead of breaking them down mentally and telling them to do a job one way then turn around and tell them they are wrong. STOP TALKING ABOUT OTHER EMPLOYEES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!
