Nothing honestly. Management don't have our backs but always want us employees to comply without questioning.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat everyone as one and not show favortism. Be mindful of the choice of words that are being said to employees. Not fire employees once they are being disrespecful back towards the road crew manager.
