We work short staffed every day. No one wants to work here due to wage and trashy co-workers

Our clients are dirty. We take behaviors no one else will, which runs off good clients. Our homes need paint and repair

No paper applications make it hard for some people to apply. Interviewing is a joke. They just want warm bodies to work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are mean to new staff so they can continue to earn OT. Training program is a joke. New employee orientation is the worst.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop growing the top tier and invest in the roots of the company. Our homes are falling apart, our clients are dirty and abused, our staff are underpaid
