Speed up the process and give people a chance. Be honest about the work expected.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Check their egos and listen to their workforce. Do something about the CEOs secretary. She is awful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health insurance is not affordable and coverage is poor. Pay is not fair. Leadership pad their pockets while the rest struggle. Pay increases are rare and no evaluations.
