They cut front line worker wages and excessively create more leadership roles. Too many bosses and fancy titles but no support for direct care staff. I haven't had a pay increase in 3 years.

Pay a livable wage so I can afford the insurance.

My clients. They keep me here even though its so hard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need work life balance. Hire quality caregivers. You can't buy quality at $9 hourly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My interview was 2 minutes long on the phone. They dont care who they hire.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Travel to the homes and offices and see whats truly happening in the field. Improve new hire training.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Take care of the people who have been here through the pandemic. Executives get out of your offices and go out into the field.
