Management is the worst. They don’t care about the staff or residents and it shows. They are only driven by money, not patient needs. They are the most dishonest company I have ever encountered. Everything they tell staff is a lie so they don’t have to deal with

Administration that will lead by example instead of stirring up issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop lying. Admin is constantly lying to employees to not deal with situations
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Broken equipement. Horrible administration. RM treat the staff horribly and nothing is done.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They didnt even ask me any questions. Poor interview. False promises made during interview
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No 401 match. No one has head of the insurance so i cant even use it. They dont pay out PTO, sign on bonuses or anything else they promise.
