Was a good place until Caregiver took it over. The residents were well taken care of. When caregiver took over the buildings were not taken care of. The facility housed about 120 residents. Last year we were closed down by State because of the condtion of the facility.

Management needs to care more about the residents.

There are no teams, everyone is on their own.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! They are very uncaring towards staff and residents.
