Great tuition reimbursement benefit. It really helps me to feel more free to pursue a graduate degree without feeling like I need to take out a student loan.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We move quickly to get things done in reasonable time, but people don't feel forced to hurry. Instead I see people working and moving their projects along because we're excited to see the product we can build.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really friendly and accepting people. Several of my immediate coworkers started remote like me, while others who have been here longer really roll out the welcome wagon and encourage others to feel like a part of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're really encouraged to own your part of the business, which makes me feel like I'm really building something and not just running meaningless ad hoc analyses all the time. Also, I really appreciates a company that values transparency as much as CarGurus does.
