What I like best about the leadership team at CarGurus is how accessible they are. They are data driven, and empathetic which is a perfect blend for great leadership and an unmatched company culture.

Everyone is driven by success, growth and wants to be the best version of themselves. My team has built a culture that is inclusive, trusting and full of respect which has allowed us to accelerate and foster problem solving and collaboration.

Some of the best attributes about my team is their drive for success, and their desire for continuous improvement. Everyone is curious, approachable and growth minded. These attributes are what makes CG so unique, and what keeps people here for 5+ years.
What makes you most happy at work?
The leadership team, for their unwavering support, and drive for success. The people, for constantly challenging and learning from each other. The product, it's pretty great working with best in market product(s) that has an impact on a massive industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Besides the amazing amenities (snack wall included), and fantastic leadership team, I would say the people, and our drive to make the car shopping experience better for our clients and consumers. I'd be remiss to say, we also have amazing employee resource groups that make working at CG even better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are two parts of my compensation package that stick out to me and they are our healthcare benefits, and getting equity. Our healthcare benefits are fantastic! The coverage is amazing, and the costs are affordable. Having equity is also great because I own a small piece of the bigger picture.
