Helping dealerships succeed. Becoming an extension of their dealership.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is actively working to improve internal processes and communication, an area we need to improve upon.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is willing to help and share knowledge across all teams, all positions with any issue. This is fantastic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation package was not clearly defined with full "mechanics" of our pay. The "on-target" commission was very misleading in the offer letter vs. the actual comp plan presented after I was hired. Transparency of this plan should be revealed upfront.
