Management is driven, but fair and understanding, and I do not find myself at home stressing over work ever. People are personable, the work is exciting and evolving, I have the tools I need to perform at a high level and enjoy the flexibility that offers me a good work/life balance.

Frequent communication and transparency, and they seem to truly care about their people
What makes you most happy at work?
I have everything I need to be productive. Technology, office space, food, furniture. The office provides a great setting to catch up with colleagues and business partners in both formal and informal ways.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frequent, clear, honest communication. They don't try to cover for existing problems, they own what they can and should control and admit when they're wrong. They are also grounded people and genuinely good human beings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having free parking, free lunch and a fully stocked kitchen onsite, but also love the fact that everyone gets bonus and equity (RSUs). In my previous companies, only managerial roles and above were bonus eligible, which was not very inclusive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the variety of slack channels and ERGs offer everyone something that they can relate to and it fosters a strong sense of community. The P&T team also goes above and beyond to come up with weekly events that keep associates positively engaged

True sense of community, slack channels keep us all engaged. Feel like there is something new going on every week. They make work fun. People are friendly. Leadership team seems to truly care about associates and what is happening in the world in general. Feels very inclusive.
