Leadership, including exectives, are very accessible and willing to clearly communicate their vision, challenges were facing, and espouse company values

Restricted Stock Units make me feel like my compensation is tied directly with my performance. I am more engaged with how the company is doing and focused on how we can continue to grow

I have the opportunity to work through complex problems by being creative and working with smart people. I feel that the work that I am doing will have a direct impact on the performance of the company

My team has been very welcoming and helpful during my onboarding. They are knowledgeable and willing to brainstorm creative solutions to complex problems. The team is also very supportive of taking time off and unplugging completely
