How collaborative and smart they are. We hold a high bar and are consistently pushing ourselves to push harder and be better.

I think the people who work at CG are genuinely good people who want to do good work and treat each other well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've experienced a lot of inefficiency/anxious activity which trickles down to teams from leadership taking on projects that don't either align or make sense with our current strategy. It feels to me as though some of our leaders are afraid to say no or push back and the end result is burnout.
