My team is always willing to roll their sleeves up and jump in to ensure I am successful.

The company provides resources to deal with external stressors such as the pandemic, rises in gas prices, social injustice, etc.

I feel supported and that my team is invested in going above and beyond to make sure I hit my goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That all employees receive equity and if you are performing well there is ample opportunity to get more. It's very generous.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible to all employees and visibly show a care and concern for all employees - especially as we all cope with external stressors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have shown true care and concern for our employees during the pandemic by providing support for our mental health (mental health days, speakers, resources), taking the lions share/or all of our medical plan cost increase over the last few years and helping employees ease back to the office.
