Best career decision I've made. I feel challenged and appreciated at CarGurus. While I've yet to find the perfect company in 30+ years of working, CarGurus is as close as I've come.

Collaboration. Never seen a sales team that supports each other and seeks team wins like at CarGurus

Approachable, engaged and while they have greater responsibility, they are inquisitive, listen, and project that we are better when more voices are heard.

I love everyone's can-do attitude. Our workplace is largely drama-free which allows everyone to focus on the goals in front of us without unwanted distraction

The culture is one of positivity and collaboration. I love that folks from diverse backgrounds can find success. It truly feels like your potential is tied directly to your contribution.

While relatively new, I am impressed with the importance placed on culture. The onboarding process supports the notion that we are stewards of our culture. I love the high level of diversity across teams and the benefits that come from synthesizing differing viewpoints.
