What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do for work, the office itself is great (really sad we are leaving) and I enjoy the ritual of commuting on the T.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pre-pandemic it was told that some of our perks were the reasoning for the lower-than-industry pay rate. We have lost some perks now and yet, pay has not changed
