Our office is extremely open and fun, coffee and food provided gets people in the office and then the people get to interact and get to know each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As times change, the cost of living is going up and up with no change in salary. Im one of many that have to take on a second job to cover living expenses. I would love to only have to work one job to afford things.
