How open everyone is and willing to help if I have questions. I still can't believe how approachable and non judgmental everyone is

I like how they answer every question, no matter how big or small it may be. I also like how genuine they all are
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my manager. He is so personable and feels like he is always there for me. He is also really smart so that helps too. My co-workers are very friendly and approachable. It makes it very enjoyable coming into the office and I look forward to it everyday
