CarGurus has been an excellent experience and I am glad I joined the team. The people, product , culture, and sales model are terrific. I love it here but do have concerns with the volatility of the sales month over month. I want to be able to drive my own outcomes but customer need feels low.

I find the commissions fluctuate quite a bit so a solid base salary seems critical in this role.
