Cargurus has a very conscientious and humane culture. People are very kind and sincere and work together well. The software development is at a large enough scale to be potentially very interesting.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that I have the opportunity to make my own decisions to enhance our development style and product, and that my manager trusts my opinions and feedback. It is great to be allowed to drive and improve the application.
